Question 115 of 433
Is snoring by itself a problem?

The short answer
Not always, but loud nightly snoring deserves a test, because the only way to know whether you are also pausing is to measure.
Simple snoring can be eased by side sleeping, losing weight, treating nasal congestion, and skipping alcohol at night. If a bed partner has ever seen you stop breathing, do not wait.
