Question 388 of 433
Is sex safe if I have heart disease?

The short answer
For most people with stable heart disease, yes. If you can climb two flights of stairs without symptoms, your heart can manage it.
This applies to women and men alike. One firm rule: never combine erectile dysfunction pills with nitroglycerin or other nitrates. The combination can drop blood pressure dangerously.
