Question 333 of 433
Brain-entrainment headsets, binaural beats, and sound baths?

The short answer
Relaxing for many people. The claims about retraining brain waves are not established.
Listening to tones, wearing light-and-sound headsets, or lying in a room of gongs and bowls can lower stress for an hour. So can music you love. Avoid flickering-light devices if you have a seizure disorder.
