Question 302 of 433
Are vibration plates worth it?

The short answer
They may help balance in older adults a little. Their effect on bone is tiny, and they do not build meaningful strength or burn fat.
See Part 13 for the bone data. Ten minutes of squats and heel raises on the floor will do more.
