Question 298 of 433
And the rest: MOTS-c, epitalon, thymosin alpha-1, GHK-Cu, semax?

The short answer
Interesting laboratory science, almost no human trials.
MOTS-c is a mitochondrial signal that improves metabolism in mice.
Epitalon is claimed to lengthen telomeres, based mostly on older Russian research.
Thymosin alpha-1 affects immune function and is approved in some countries for hepatitis, not in the United States.
GHK-Cu is a copper peptide. In skin creams it is reasonable; injected, it is untested.
Semax and selank are nasal peptides used in Russia for thinking and anxiety.
Each has a plausible story. None has the trials that would let a doctor tell you the right dose, the benefit, or the long-term risk.
