Question 74 of 433
Micronutrient panels?

The short answer
SKIP the $300 to $900 “intracellular” panels. Test the few nutrients that matter, by standard methods, when there is a reason.
Those are B12, ferritin and iron, vitamin D in people at risk, folate, and sometimes magnesium and zinc. The specialty panels use methods that have not been independently validated.
