Question 433 of 433
What is the one thing you most want me to remember?

The short answer
You have more control than you have been told, and the things that matter most are simple.
Not easy. Simple. Move your body. Know your numbers and treat them. Eat real food. Sleep. Do not poison yourself. Stay close to people. Find a reason to get up. Be skeptical of anyone selling a shortcut, and be kind to yourself when you fall short, which you will, as I do.
There is an old teaching that we are not required to finish the work, and neither are we free to walk away from it. Your health is that kind of work. You will not perfect it. You are asked only to begin, and to begin again.
Blessings,
Ash
