Question 429 of 433
What should I focus on in my 30s and 40s?

The short answer
Build the peak and find the hidden risks.
Establish exercise as identity, not obligation. Build as much muscle and bone as you can.
Get baseline labs, including ApoB and Lp(a). Know your family history.
Keep blood pressure and waist in range. Do not smoke or vape.
Protect sleep while raising children and building a career.
Limit alcohol now; the habit sets early.
Invest in friendships. They are harder to make later.
