Question 288 of 433
What about the soft, zip-up “mild” hyperbaric chambers?

The short answer
They do not reach the pressure or oxygen level used in any of the research. There is no credible evidence they do anything.
They are sold for home use and offered in wellness studios. Lying quietly in one for an hour may feel restful. So does a nap.
