Question 94 of 433
What should a full week look like?

The short answer
Two strength days, three or four easy cardio days, one short hard effort, and daily balance and stretching.
Here is a realistic template:
Monday: Strength, 40 minutes.
Tuesday: Brisk walk or bike, 45 minutes.
Wednesday: Intervals, 25 minutes including warm-up.
Thursday: Strength, 40 minutes.
Friday: Easy cardio, 45 minutes.
Weekend: Something long and enjoyable outdoors with someone you like.
Every day: Two minutes of balance work while you brush your teeth.
That is roughly four to five hours a week. If that is more than you can manage, begin with a smaller amount. Disability, caregiving, work, and illness change what is feasible; a plan should help you begin rather than make you feel disqualified.
